Making a Warranty Claim

Cold Plunge Warranty

·        Standard Warranty: All cold plunges are covered by a one-year warranty for both the tub and chiller components. This warranty protects against defects or failures of components or materials during normal use.

·         Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, lack of routine maintenance, or improper installation.

Sauna Warranty

·         Structure: The sauna structure comes with a three-year warranty, covering manufacturer defects or material failures during normal use.

·         Components: Heater and electrical components are protected by a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects or failures during normal use.

·         Exclusions: Damage caused by misuse, abuse, lack of routine maintenance, or improper installation is not covered.

SureBright Extended Warranty Options

For additional peace of mind, extended warranty options are available through SureBright for your cold plunge. Extend your coverage beyond the standard one-year warranty and enjoy worry-free ownership for years to come. You may select a 2- or 3-year extended warranty to meet your needs. The extended warranty provides the same comprehensive protection as the standard warranty, covering defects and failures during normal use.
