Its sturdy construction includes 1.5" (35mm) thick walls and roof boards, enabling this 6'x6' (182cm) sauna to heat efficiently and maintain warmth. Designed to comfortably accommodate two to three people, the sauna is equipped with two-tier benches located along the back wall, providing both upper and lower seating options. This model is offered exclusively with electric heater configurations.

Warranty Information
The Canadian Timber Collection by Dundalk Leisurecraft Inc. includes a three-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, beginning on the date the sauna is received. The warranty excludes normal wear and tears, weather-related damage, and routine maintenance tasks such as tightening bands, cleaning, or staining. Complete details and recommended maintenance procedures are provided in the sauna assembly manual.

Residential Drop Ship Information
Dundalk Leisurecraft Responsibilities
· Constructing and securely packaging the sauna in a crate
· Arranging shipment to the customer’s home
Trucking Company Responsibilities
· Contacting the customer to schedule a delivery appointment
· Delivering the sauna to the end of the driveway or curbside (no unloading or driveway access)
· Using an 18-wheel truck for most deliveries—customers should confirm property accessibility
· If the crate is under 92 inches, a lift gate may be used; crates over 92 inches require customer unloading
Customer Responsibilities
· Promptly responding to trucking company calls to arrange delivery
· Organizing unloading of the sauna crate (crates range from 6 to 14 feet and weigh 800 to 1,600 pounds)
· Suggested unloading options include using a forklift with extensions for longer crates or renting a tilt tow truck from the local terminal
· If the crate arrives damaged, take photographs, note the damage on the shipper’s Bill of Lading (BOL), and contact the dealer or Dundalk immediately; mark the BOL with “Crate arrived open/damaged – Possible Hidden Damage.”
