Each unit is meticulously handcrafted from Eastern White Cedar, a wood known for its lighter color and distinctive tight knots that enhance its visual appeal. The sauna is designed with a 5mm bronze tempered glass door, framed in wood, which comes pre-hung on the front wall to ensure straightforward installation.

 

A key design highlight is the large half-moon back window and two striking half-moon floor-to-ceiling front windows, which provide impressive panoramic views in both directions. This ready-to-assemble kit includes all necessary components for assembly, such as solid cedar cradles, aluminum bands with stainless steel hardware, and other essential parts.

 

An outstanding feature of the Serenity MP Barrel Sauna is its built-in front porch, complete with integrated benches. This area serves as a dedicated space for users to cool down after sauna sessions, while also offering extra protection when the front door is opened during use. Warranty Information

The Canadian Timber Collection by Dundalk Leisurecraft Inc. offers a three-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, effective from the date the product is received. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, effects of natural weather conditions, or routine maintenance tasks such as tightening bands, cleaning, or staining. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty excludes coverage for normal wear and tear, exposure to natural weather conditions, and standard maintenance including tightening bands, cleaning, and staining. It is essential to follow the recommended maintenance procedures as outlined in the assembly manual. The warranty also does not cover issues resulting from misuse or negligence. Neither the manufacturer nor retailers are responsible for injuries or damages arising from product use. Only replacement parts are provided under the three-year warranty; service and labor costs are not included.

Dundalk Leisurecraft Responsibilities

·         Building and packing the sauna securely in a crate.

·         Arranging shipping of the sauna to the customer’s home.

Trucking Company Responsibilities

·         Contacting the customer to schedule a delivery appointment.

·         Delivering the sauna to the end of the driveway or curbside.

·         The trucking company does not unload the sauna or back the truck into the driveway.

·         Most deliveries are made using an 18-wheel truck; customers should confirm that their property is accessible to such a vehicle.

·         If the crate is under 92 inches (7 feet), a lift gate may be used for unloading. Crates over 92 inches do not include a lift gate, so unloading becomes the customer’s responsibility.

Customer Responsibilities

·         Respond promptly to calls from the trucking company to schedule delivery.

·         Determine how to unload the sauna crate from the truck.

·         Crate sizes range from 6 to 14 feet in length, with weights varying from 800 to 1,600 pounds depending on sauna size.

·       Suggested unloading methods include using a forklift with extensions for longer crates or renting a tilt tow truck from the local terminal

·         If the crate arrives damaged, accept the shipment, take photos, note the damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL), and contact the dealer or Dundalk immediately. Mark the BOL with “Crate arrived open/damaged – Possible Hidden Damage.”
