Utilizing Eastern White Cedar, this sauna features wood with a lighter natural color and tight knots, which enhance both its visual appeal and long-term durability. Installation is made straightforward by the inclusion of a 5mm bronze tempered glass door with a wooden frame, pre-hung on the front wall for ease of setup. The sauna kit is thoughtfully designed for simple assembly and includes all necessary components: solid cedar cradles, aluminum bands with stainless steel hardware, and everything required to build the unit efficiently.

Front Porch

A distinctive aspect of the Serenity Sauna is its built-in front porch, complete with benches. This area provides a dedicated space for cooling down after sauna sessions and serves as a protective barrier when the door is open during use.

Warranty Information

Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. offers a three-year warranty for the Canadian Timber Collection. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, starting from the date the sauna is received. It does not extend to normal wear and tear, exposure to weather, or routine maintenance activities such as tightening bands, cleaning, or staining. Residential Drop Ship Information

Dundalk LeisureCraft Responsibilities

·         Build the sauna and securely pack it in a crate

·         Arrange for shipping to the customer’s residence

Trucking Company Responsibilities

·         Contact the customer to schedule a delivery appointment

·         Deliver the sauna to the end of the driveway or curbside

·         No unloading or backing into the driveway

·         Deliveries are typically made with an 18-wheel truck; customers should confirm property access

·         Lift gate is provided for crates under 92 inches; for crates over 92 inches, customers are responsible for unloading

Customer Responsibilities

·         Respond promptly to calls from the trucking company to arrange delivery

·         Plan how to unload the sauna crate

·         Sauna crates range from 6 to 14 feet and weigh between 800 and 1,600 pounds, depending on the model

·         Recommended unloading methods include using a forklift with extensions or renting a tilt tow truck from the local terminal

·         If the crate arrives damaged, accept the shipment, take photos, note the damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL), and contact the dealer or Dundalk immediately. Mark the BOL with “Crate arrived open/damaged – Possible Hidden Damage.”
