The Georgian Cabin Sauna arrives in kit form, making assembly straightforward and accessible. The overhang roof provides a warm and inviting entrance, while large front windows fill the interior with natural light, creating a bright and pleasant atmosphere. For durability and style, the sauna includes a black metal shingle roof, ensuring the interior stays dry and comfortable in all weather conditions. Warranty Information

The Canadian Timber Collection by Dundalk Leisurecraft Inc. provides a three-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, starting from the date the product is received. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, exposure to natural weather conditions, or routine maintenance such as tightening bands, cleaning, or staining. For complete maintenance guidelines, please consult the sauna assembly manual.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not apply to issues caused by regular wear and tear, natural weather exposure, or required routine maintenance. Such maintenance tasks include tightening bands, cleaning, and staining the sauna. Proper maintenance instructions and recommendations are available in your sauna assembly manual. The warranty does not cover misuse or negligence, and neither the manufacturer nor the retailers are responsible for any injury or damage resulting from use of the product. Only parts are covered by the warranty; service or labor costs are not included during the three-year warranty period.

Dundalk Leisurecraft Responsibilities

·         Building and packing your sauna in a crate

·         Arranging shipping to your home

Trucking Company Responsibilities

·         Scheduling a delivery appointment for your sauna

·         Delivering the sauna to the end of your driveway or curbside

·         The trucking company is not responsible for unloading the sauna

·         The trucking company will not back the truck into your driveway

·         Most deliveries use an 18-wheel truck—verify if this size truck can access your road or neighborhood

·         If the sauna crate is less than 92" (7 feet), a lift gate may be available for unloading

·         If the crate is more than 92", no lift gate will be provided, so you must determine how to unload the crate.

Customer Responsibilities

·         Responding promptly to scheduling calls from the trucking company

·         Deciding how the sauna will be unloaded from the truck

·         Sauna crates vary in length from 6 to 14 feet

·         Crate weights range from 800 to 1600 pounds, depending on sauna size

·         Unloading the sauna crate from the truck using methods such as:

·         Using a forklift or similar mechanical equipment (pick up crates from the end and use forklift extensions)

·         Renting a tilt tow truck to pick up the sauna from the terminal and deliver it to your home

If your crate arrives damaged, you may accept the shipment but should photograph the damage and note it on the shipper’s Bill of Lading (BOL). Immediately contact your dealer or Dundalk, who will coordinate with the shipper. Mark the BOL with “Crate arrived open/damaged – Possible Hidden Damage.”
