Design and Construction
Delivered as a kit, the Georgian Cabin Sauna is intended for straightforward and easy assembly. Its overhang roof creates a welcoming entrance, while large front windows brighten the interior, making for a pleasant atmosphere. The black metal shingle roof combines style and functionality, protecting the sauna in all weather conditions. Inside, wide and solid benches provide comfortable seating, designed to enhance relaxation during use.

Warranty Information
The Canadian Timber Collection by Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. is backed by a three-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, beginning from the date the product is received. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, exposure to natural weather conditions, or routine maintenance such as tightening bands, cleaning, or staining. For maintenance guidelines, consult your sauna assembly manual.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty excludes issues arising from normal wear and tear, exposure to natural weather conditions, or the need for routine maintenance. Routine tasks include tightening bands, cleaning, and staining. For proper maintenance instructions, refer to your sauna assembly manual. The warranty does not extend to damage or injury resulting from misuse, negligence, or improper handling, and neither the manufacturer nor retailers are liable for such incidents. The coverage applies to parts only and does not include service or labor costs within the three-year period.

Dundalk LeisureCraft Responsibilities
· Building and packing your sauna in a crate
· Arranging shipping to your home
Trucking Company Responsibilities
· Scheduling a delivery appointment
· Delivering the sauna to the end of your driveway or curbside
· The trucking company is not responsible for unloading the sauna
· The truck will not be backed into your driveway
· Deliveries are typically made with an 18-wheel truck
· Consider if this truck size can access your road or neighborhood
· If the sauna crate is less than 92” (7 feet), a lift gate may assist with unloading
· If the crate is more than 92”, no lift gate is provided; the customer must arrange unloading
Customer Responsibilities
· Respond promptly to calls from the trucking company to arrange delivery
· Decide how the sauna will be unloaded from the truck
· Crate sizes range from 6 to 14 feet in length
· Crate weights range from 800 to 1600 pounds, depending on sauna size
· Responsible for unloading the sauna crate from the truck
Suggested unloading methods include using a forklift or similar mechanical equipment (pick up crates from the end and use forklift extensions), or renting a tilt tow truck to pick up the sauna from the local terminal and deliver it to your home.
If the crate arrives damaged, you may accept the shipment, but take photos and note the damage on the shipper’s Bill of Lading (BOL). Contact your dealer or Dundalk immediately. Mark the BOL as “Crate arrived open/damaged – Possible Hidden Damage.”
